During the period, about 200 sets of Hina dolls from the Edo period that have been handed down in the old family of Takehara will be exhibited at various facilities in the townscape preservation district.
The decorations, facial features, and sizes change depending on the era, so it's fun to compare them while going around!
During the period, various events will be held such as live performances of koto and shamisen, gourmet food related to hina-meguri, making hina dolls and kimono experience♪
It is an event that everyone from children to adults can enjoy!
We have prepared many half-day courses in the townscape preservation district, such as making bamboo crafts at the Machinami bamboo workshop, which is very popular in bamboo tours, pottery experience at the pottery workshop Fudo, and making vegan flower cookies. Please drop in at the calm town of Takehara with the arrival of spring.
