We have amazing cherry blossom sites in Takehara, Hiroshima.
One of them is at Bamboo Park in Takehara.
This is a bamboo themed sports and art center.
There are 20 kinds of cherry trees and over 1300 trees are planted at the site. The cherry blossoms will flower till early April.
Sakura Festival at Bamboo Park 2nd April
This is an annual event for celebrating the arrival of spring. There will be food and handmade items on the stalls. It's our tradition to have a picnic under sakura trees.
Also you could visit and enjoy the blossoms at night. (No market at night) 〇 Illumination event 25th March till 16th April 2023.
