When arranging domestic travel at the request of a customer, the Company shall use this "Description of Terms and Conditions <<Common Matters>>" (hereinafter referred to as the "Document of Common Matters") and the Travel Contract)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Price List”). The common items document and price list are part of the transaction condition explanation document delivered to the customer based on Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act. It will be a part of the contract document in accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Company's travel agency agreement <part of the arranged travel contract>.
In addition, depending on the content of the customer's request, in addition to the document for common matters and the price list, a "domestic travel itinerary" (hereinafter referred to as the "itinerary") )” (hereinafter referred to as the “Quotation”), “Domestic Arranged Travel Contract Transaction Conditions Explanation Document <Individual Matters>” (hereinafter referred to as the “Individual Matters Document”), etc. If these documents are prepared, we will accept the request according to the conditions described in these documents in addition to the common matter document and price list.
Matters not listed in the Common Matters Document, Price List, Itinerary, Quotation, and Individual Matters Document shall be in accordance with the Company's travel agency agreement (Arranged Tour Contract Section) (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") approved by the Japan Tourism Agency. . Arranged travel contract

(1) This trip is arranged by Bamboo Tour (3490-1 Takehara-cho, Takehara-shi, Hiroshima Prefecture, Travel Agency Registered by the Governor of Hiroshima Region-440). (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and a Domestic Arranged Travel Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Tour Contract”).

(2) The Company shall provide services related to transportation, accommodation, and other travel services provided by transportation and accommodation facilities, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Travel Services") by acting as an agent, intermediary, or intermediary for the customer, at the request of the customer. (3) When arranging a trip, the Company shall pay fares, charges and other expenses (hereinafter referred to as “travel expenses”) to the provider of transportation, accommodation and other travel-related services (hereinafter referred to as “Travel Service Provider”). ), as well as the travel business handling charge (hereinafter referred to as the "handling charge") stated in the price list or the handling charge stated in the quotation.

(4) "Tour Fee" means travel expenses and handling charges (excluding change procedure fees and cancellation procedure fees).

(5) When the Company has made travel service arrangements with the due care of a prudent manager, the performance of the Company's obligations under the Tour Contract will be terminated. Therefore, even if we were unable to conclude a contract to provide travel services with the requested travel service provider due to reasons such as full occupancy, suspension of business, inappropriate conditions, etc., we would not be able to fulfill our obligations. In this case, the customer will be required to pay the handling fee prescribed by the Company to the Company.

Application for a travel contract

(1) A customer who intends to apply for a travel contract shall fill in the required items in the travel application form prescribed by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "application form") and pay an application fee equivalent to 20% or more of the travel price. Alternatively, please apply with the full amount of the travel fee. The total amount of the application fee or tour fee will be treated as part of the money that the customer pays to our company, such as the travel fee, cancellation fee, etc.

(2) If a person under the age of 20 on the day of the tour starts and participates alone without being accompanied by a guardian, a letter of consent from the representative of the person with parental authority is required. In addition, those under the age of 15 may be required to be accompanied by a guardian (persons under the age of 20 are not considered guardians).

(3) When there are customers who require special consideration

Depending on the customer's circumstances, special considerations and measures not included in the original arrangements may be required. Those with health problems, those using wheelchairs or other equipment, those with physical or mental disabilities, those with food or animal allergies, those who are pregnant, those who may become pregnant, or those who are physically challenged If you are traveling with an assistance dog for persons with disabilities (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs) or otherwise require special consideration, please notify us at the time of your travel application that special consideration will be required for participating in the tour. (If you find yourself in any of these situations after concluding a travel contract, please notify us immediately.) We will contact you again, so please let us know specifically what measures will be necessary during your trip.

In order to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the tour, the Company shall make conditions such as the attendance of a caregiver or a companion, the submission of a medical certificate from a doctor, etc. We may make a proposal. In addition, if we are unable to arrange the measures requested by the customer, we may refuse to conclude the travel contract or cancel the travel contract.

The costs required for special measures taken by the Company for the customer based on the customer's request shall be borne by the customer.

(4) Arrangements for groups

Regarding the conclusion of a travel contract for which multiple customers traveling on the same itinerary at the same time appoint a responsible representative (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract Responsible Person") The provisions of ⑥ apply.

Except in cases where a special agreement has been concluded, the person responsible for the contract shall have all agency rights regarding the conclusion and cancellation of travel contracts, etc. for customers who make up the group/group (hereinafter referred to as "members"). Transactions related to the travel business pertaining to the organization/group will be conducted with the person responsible for the contract.

The Person Responsible for the Contract shall submit a list of the constituents (hereinafter referred to as the "Traveler List") to the Company by the date specified by the Company.

The Company shall not be held responsible for any obligations or obligations that the Person Responsible for Contract currently has or is expected to have in the future.

In the event that the person responsible for the contract does not accompany the group/group, the Company will consider the member appointed in advance by the person responsible for the contract to be the person responsible for the contract after the start of the tour.

If the person in charge of the contract requests a change of members, we will respond to this as much as possible. Any increase or decrease in the travel fee resulting from a change in members shall belong to the member.

Refusal to conclude a travel contract
The Company may refuse to conclude a Tour Contract in the following cases.

(1) When attempting to conclude a communication contract, when the customer is unable to settle part or all of the liability related to the travel fee, etc. in accordance with the card member agreement of the affiliated company, such as when the customer's credit card is invalid. .

(2) When the customer is recognized as a member of an organized crime group, an associate member of an organized crime group, an affiliated member of an organized crime group, a company affiliated with an organized crime group, or a corporate racketeer, or any other anti-social force.

(3) When the customer makes violent demands, unreasonable demands, threatening behavior or acts of violence in relation to transactions, or acts equivalent to these.

(4) When the customer disseminates rumors, uses fraudulent means or force to damage the credibility of the Company, interfere with the business of the Company, or commits similar acts.

(5) When it is convenient for our business.

When the travel contract was concluded
-
(1) A Tour Contract shall be concluded when the Company approves the conclusion of the Contract and receives the application fee.

(2) Our company may enter into a travel contract based on a written special contract only by accepting the conclusion of the contract without receiving payment of the application fee. In this case, the travel contract will be concluded at the time when our company approves the conclusion of the travel contract and delivers the special contract document, when it is sent by FAX, and when it reaches the customer when it is sent by e-mail. .

(3) We may accept verbal applications (by telephone, etc.) for single arrangements such as train tickets and accommodation tickets. In this case, the Tour Contract will be concluded when the Company approves the conclusion of the Tour Contract.

(4) When concluding a Tour Contract with the Person Responsible for the Contract, regardless of Clause 2 (1) and this Clause (1), the Company shall apply for the Tour Contract with a written special agreement without receiving payment of the application fee. I may receive it. In this case, the Tour Contract will be concluded when the Company approves the conclusion of the Tour Contract and delivers the special agreement document.

Delivery of contract documents

(1) Our company will promptly deliver to the customer a contract document that describes the itinerary, details of travel services, travel fees and other travel conditions, as well as matters related to our company's responsibilities. The contract document consists of a document of common matters, a travel business handling fee table, an itinerary, an estimate, a document of individual matters, an application form, etc. However, for all travel services arranged by our company, we may not deliver a contract document when we deliver a ticket, accommodation coupon, or other document that indicates the right to receive the provision of travel services.

(2) In the event that the Company has delivered the contract document in (1) of this paragraph, the scope of travel services that the Company is obliged to arrange under the travel contract shall be as stated in the contract document.

Amount of travel fee, due date for payment of travel fee

(1) The amount of the travel fee will be stated in the quotation or individual item document. Depending on the content of the order, we may not be able to create an estimate.

(2) The travel fee must be paid before the 21st day counting back from the day before the start date of the tour so that we can confirm the payment.

(3) If you apply for a Tour Contract on or after the 21st day counting back from the day before the start date of the tour, we will notify you of the payment before the date specified by us before the start date of the tour. You will be asked to pay so that we can confirm.

(4) Notwithstanding (2) and (3) of this paragraph, if a payment date is specified in the itinerary, estimate, individual item document, application form, travel bill, etc., before the specified date, Payment is required so that we can verify payment.

(5) Notwithstanding items (2), (3) and (4) in this section, the full amount of the tour fee may be required at the time of application, depending on the details of the arrangement.

Change of travel contract

(1) If a customer requests changes to the itinerary, details of travel services, or other details of the tour contract, we will comply with the customer's request to the extent possible.

(2) When changing the contents of the tour contract at the request of (1) of this paragraph, the customer shall pay the cancellation fee to the travel service provider when canceling the already completed arrangement, the penalty, and other expenses required for changing the arrangement In addition to paying the above, the Company will charge the change procedure fee described in the price list or quotation.

(3) If a customer requests to change the traveler, we will comply with the customer's request to the extent possible. In that case, we will charge the cost required for the procedure for the change.

Change of travel fee amount
After the Tour Contract is concluded, the Company will not change the amount of the Tour Fee except in the following cases.

(1) When there is a request to change the contents of the Tour Contract pursuant to Clause 7 (1) and (3) and the Company responds to that request.

(2) When there is a change in the travel price due to revisions of fares and charges of travel service providers, fluctuations in exchange rates, or other reasons.

(3) Any increase or decrease in the travel fee caused by Clause 7 (1) (3) and this Clause (2) shall belong to the customer.

Settlement of travel fee
In order for the Company to arrange travel services, the Company shall pay travel expenses to the travel service provider that should be borne by the customer, and if the handling fee and the amount already received as the travel fee do not match, We will settle the travel fee as soon as possible after the end of the trip.

Cancellation of travel contract

(1) The customer may cancel the tour contract in whole or in part at any time by paying the following costs and charges. In addition, we will accept your request to cancel the travel contract during our business days and hours.

Compensation for travel services already provided by the customer or cancellation fees, penalties, and other expenses already paid or to be paid to travel service providers for travel services not yet provided. In addition, if an itinerary, quotation or individual item document is prepared, these costs will be stated in these documents.

Cancellation processing fee stated in the fee schedule or quotation.

(2) If the customer does not pay the tour fee by the date specified in Clause 6, the Company may cancel the tour contract. In this case, the customer will be required to pay the following costs and charges.

(3) The customer may cancel the travel contract if it becomes impossible to arrange travel services due to reasons attributable to the Company. In this case, the Company shall refund to the customer the travel fee already received as consideration for the travel services that the customer has already received, excluding the expenses that have already been paid or will have to be paid to the travel service provider. increase.

(4) When the customer is found to be a member of an organized crime group, affiliated with an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces, or makes violent or unreasonable demands, or uses threatening language or violence against the Company. The Company may cancel the Tour Contract if the Traveler spreads rumors, uses fraudulent means or force to damage the credibility of the Company, or interferes with the Company's business. In this case, we will charge the cost or fee specified in (1) of this section.

Our responsibility

(1) The scope of our responsibility is limited to the arrangements described in paragraph 1 (2).

(2) In the course of fulfilling the tour contract, if the Company or our arrangement agent causes damage to the customer intentionally or negligently, we will compensate the customer for the damage. However, this is limited to cases where a request is made to the Company within two years from the day following the occurrence of the damage.

(3) Regardless of the provisions of (2) of this section, the Company shall not be responsible for damages caused to baggage as described in (2) of this section within 14 days from the day following the occurrence of the damage in the case of domestic travel. Only when we have been notified, we will compensate up to 150,000 yen per traveler (excluding cases where our company is intentional or grossly negligent).

(4) The Company shall not be liable for compensation in (2) and (3) of this section if the customer suffers damage due to the following reasons, for example.

Customer Responsibility

(1) If the Company suffers damages due to the customer's intentional or negligence, acts contrary to laws and regulations, public order and morals, or the customer's failure to comply with the provisions of the contract, the customer will compensate for the damage.

(2) When concluding a travel contract, the customer must use the information provided by the Company and endeavor to understand the rights and obligations of the customer and other details of the travel contract.

(3) In the unlikely event that the customer recognizes that the tour service described in the contract document differs from the description after the start of the tour, the customer shall promptly notify the Company, the Company's arrangement agent, or the tour conductor at the travel destination. staff, agent, field agent or travel service provider.

(4) In the case of lost coupons, the customer shall be responsible for the fares, charges and various expenses of the travel service provider, etc. associated with the reissuance of the coupons.

(5) Please manage your valuables at your own risk. Our company, our staff, and tour conductors will not keep your valuables.

(6) If the customer's carelessness causes loss of luggage or forgotten items, the costs associated with retrieving them, the costs of searching for them at our company, and the costs of arranging separate actions If this occurs, the customer will be responsible for the costs. (7) For your convenience, we may guide you to a souvenir shop during sightseeing, pick-up and drop-off, etc., but please purchase at your own risk. We are unable to assist with product exchanges or returns, so please be sure to check the product and receive the receipt to avoid any trouble.

Operation of trips, tour conductors, etc.

(1) The customer is responsible for the operation of the tour, but upon request of the customer or the person in charge of the contract, the Company will receive the prescribed tour service fee and necessary expenses for accompanying the tour conductor, and then provide the tour service. provide. As a general rule, tour conductors' service content shall be the work necessary for group activities on the itinerary determined in advance. The tour conductor will perform the relevant work under the direction of the customer or the person in charge of the contract. In principle, tour conductors work from 8:00 to 20:00.

(2) The tour service fee in (1) of this section and the necessary expenses for accompanying a tour conductor will be stated in the quotation, price list or individual item document.

Non-application of itinerary management regulations, itinerary guarantee regulations, and special compensation regulations
Regarding this travel contract, the application of the provisions concerning itinerary management and itinerary guarantee stipulated in the solicitation-type planned travel contract section and the made-to-order planned travel contract section of the Company's travel agency agreement and the special compensation regulations attached to the Company's travel agency agreement shall apply. is not.
